Returns & Refunds Policy

LAST REVISION: [16-03-2021] PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF RETURNS AND REFUNDS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY USING THIS WEBSITE OR ORDERING PRODUCTS FROM THIS WEBSITE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Section 1: Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days only. If 30 days have transpired since the date of the purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you an exchange or refund. 2. The item in concern must be unused. It must be in the same condition that you received it. And it must also be in the original packaging to be eligible for return. 3. Certain types of goods are exempted from being returned. 4. A receipt and/or proof of purchase is required to complete the return. 5. Kindly do not post/send your purchased item back to the manufacturer. 6. Partial refunds will be granted in certain situations. They are: a. Items that are not returned in their original condition, or if are damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to Liberti Ladders’ actions. b. Items that are returned after 30 days from the date of delivery.

Section 2: Refunds

1. We will notify you vie email that we have received your returned item once it reaches us and passes an inspection. We will then inform you of the approval or if deemed necessary the rejection of the refund. 2. Subject to such an approval, your refund will be initiated, processed and such credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment or to your credit card in a stipulated amount of time that will be intimated to you at the time of approval of refund. 3. Missing or Late refunds, (if applicable): a. Please check your bank account first if you have not received the refund yet. b. After step (a), contact your concerned credit card company, as it often takes some time before the refund reflects in your account due to processing window of time on behalf of the credit card company. c. Then, contact your concerned bank as there is often a processing window of time before the refund will reflect in the concerned account. d. Once all the aforementioned steps have been completed, and you are yet to receive your refund, kindly contact us at support@libertiladders.com 4. Sale items will not be subject to the same refund conditions as regular priced items. They are not eligible for refunds.

Section 2 - General Conditions

  1. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
  2. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
  3. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
  4. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Section 3: Exchanges

Section 4: Gifts

You are entitled to receive a gift credit for the value of the item of return is the said item was marked as a gift when bought and shipped directly to you. The gift certificate will be mailed to your address/email address once the returned item is received.

Section 5: Shipping

1. When returning the product, please mail it to: Sagar Asia Private Limited, Survey No. 310AA, Kallakal Village, Manohorabad Mandal Medak dist, Telangana -– 502336. The payment of the shipping costs will be your responsibility for returning the item. These shipping costs will be non-refundable. If you receive such a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 2. The time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your given address. 3. As we cannot guarantee that your returned item will reach us, we would advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
